Part I: The Vision
We envision a vibrant local Pentecostal Church Community of the body of Christ that is greatly empowered to carry out the mission of consistently sharing the good news of the love of God found in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Embedded in our vision is a Holy Ghost empowered, culturally relevant, dynamic youth ministry whereby our young people are empowered and released to function in the areas that God has called and uniquely gifted them to serve.

The Property

Nine-acre lot of undeveloped land located about 16 miles north-east of Washington D.C. in the Prince George County, in the state of Maryland.
A prime location in view of its proximity to the nation’s capital, located next to apartment complexes, and just minutes from the Greenbelt Metro station, Maryland Route 295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway), Interstate 95 and Interstate 495.
Has all utilities available and has good frontage access along Greenbelt Road (Maryland Route 193).
The Youth Center
(Phase 1A – Our Current Focus)
250-seating capacity main hall/auditorium and eleven (no. 11) rooms for children and youth ministries and Sunday School.
This building will also include a basement same size as the main hall, which will be used for multi-purposes. The basement will be equipped with a kitchen (to be expanded into a large capacity school-grade kitchen).
These structures will serve our congregation’s current needs for a place of worship and ministry until the Main Sanctuary is completed. However, the building will be planned and constructed to permanently serve as the Youth Center.
The Main Sanctuary
(Phase 1B – The Next Step)
1,000-seating capacity (gallery-style) auditorium to serve for full congregational worship and other ministry related activities.
Includes Fellowship Hall equipped with a kitchen/pantry, and twenty-three (no. 23) rooms that will serve for administrative purposes, Christian education, etc.
When this phase is completed, the main worship, ministry, and administrative activities will be moved away from the Youth Center to this facility.
Phase 2
(Phase 1A – Our Current Focus)
Pre-School facilities with standard amenities to accommodate up to 50 kids
Elementary school facilities to accommodate up to 200 students (Grades 1-5)
A two level double-wing Guest House with 3-BR in each wing per level.
Basket ball court, Soccer field, Tennis courts, and other amenities.
